I've installed TMDA (Tagged Message Delivery Agent) on a few machines,
though not Cobalt boxes. Thought it may annoy some emailing you and
requires a fair amount of white-listing, it's about as effective an
anti-spam methodology as you'll find. See http://www.tmda.net/. If I get
some time I may try to install on a RaQ some point soon.
