I can't see on what grounds you could get sued for? If you supply a service
which hasnt been paid for and you keep and refuse to forward mail, then they
couldn't sue you for it.
If you dont pay your telephone bill and the telco stop forwarding your
calls, you cant sue them for it! you havnt paid them for the service they
offer.
Same with email, i would think? or am i wrong!
