Netiquette knows no borders. Indeed, searching Google for netiquette and
top posting the top results are mostly UK sites that agree with this
list's standard and the Internet standard in general. Adding RFC to the
search finds many more authoritative archived works on the subject.

If it was only "the new guys" and not a whole series of recently
top-posted replies with no trimming filling up the archives with junk
that ignored the FAQ for the list I would agree. It seemed it was time
it was brought up on list.
