Please bear with me as I am somewhat new to this. I have what was
originally a RAQ 3i, upgraded with Raq 4 software, full restore from the
restore CD. I have had it running for a couple of weeks with some
simple sites setup for testing.
Today I loaded and installed all of the Raq 4 software updates (all 20
of them). I was careful to load them in the prescribed order, and all
appeared to load successfully.
Since doing that however, the active monitor is showing two faults,
"disk usage" and "email". If I click on the "disk usage" error, I see a
red flag on "virtual sites". Clicking on that shows me a red flag on
one of my virtual sites. However that site shows only 34.6 mb used, (of
unlimited allowed) and 26007.5 mb free, 0% used. These numbers appear
to be correct so why am I seeing this as a fault?
If I click on the red "email" flag I see this message: "The Simple Mail
Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Server has not been responding since Tue 19 Nov
2002 01:15:16 PM EST."
I have set up email services, but haven't actually tried them out yet,
although I am sure that this error message did not appear until after
the software loads.
Should I reload my last good configuration and attempt to reinstall the
updates? Is there something wrong with the way that I have installed
the updates? I am somewhat at a loss as to how to proceed.
