hi
I installed the procmail virus scanner script (the procmailrc file and
the /home/virusdump dir) on a mailserver (RaQ3). Today we recived the
first mail with virus. The sender was foo@bar (yes it actually was), and
when sendmail tried to send a mail to this address (to tell the person
that he/she has is infected), it gets an error back telling that the
address foo@bar doesnt work. This error is sent to the
hostmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (my admin email account), and for some
reason is not just sent once, but between 50 and 200 times pr. minute
(until I killed procmail, sendmail etc. and removed the procmailrc
file).
Has anyone a fix for this? I cant find anything in the install info or
in the scripts!
the virus script im talking about.
