That's normal, unless one is brain-washed or a certified zealot.

One of the premises of CobaltFacts was to create a proactive place for
folks to air the positive and negatives, with the end goal being the
improvement of the "RaQ" world for owners...thus, folks like myself who
point out some of the Sun/Cobalt pratfalls may be a catylist for others
who may offer solutions to the problems.

I think the "users" run the entire gamut...and I hope CobaltFacts
will assist all.
