My experience of a Raq 4, which was a long time ago, points to the
fact that the ASP Components were not standard installs and came as
part of the Chiliasp spicepack. I ended up having a shouting match
with Chilisoft/Cobalt, as they were then, on behalf of the guy I worked
for  and they relented and let me have the CDonts component for
nothing. Not sure on the situation with it now as this all happened
just after the RAQ4 was released.
