[cobalt-users] A records for J.ROOT-SERVERS.NET don't match

I should have stopped to think and check rDNS on
J.ROOT-SERVERS.NET and compare it with what was listed
in my file. Sure enough they're different. My file is
showing "J" root at 198.41.0.10, but it's now sitting
at 192.58.128.30 -the others appear to still be okay..

So will 

dig @198.41.0.4 . ns > db.cache

do the trick and update my db.cache file correctly? I
think it will, but I'm not 100% sure that's the
correct syntax/method to update db.cache.. Am I on the
right track?
