Said another way, as long as you're clear that it's a RaQ3 from the factory,
Sun seems to not mind. The troubles you're recalling were companies leasing
what they were calling RaQ4's that were really just RaQ3's with the RaQ4 OS.
Some customers discovered they had the 300Mhz CPU and got quite upset, as
you might imagine.
