[cobalt-users] Turn RaQ550 into a RaQ4

Hi all,

I've read some posts about people trying to use the RaQ550 OSRCD on RaQ4
hardware.  Apparently some have been able to make this work after upgrading
the BIOS.

However, I wonder if the reverse scenario might be possible: restoring the
RaQ4R OSRCD to RaQ550 hardware?  Having worked with both (and RaQ3s), I find
the R4 OS to be a lot leaner and meaner than the R550, while the R550
hardware is obviously much faster.  I think the reliable R4 OS running on
the fast R550 hardware would be a very decent virtual hosting machine.
Anyone have a spare R550 test machine to try this out?
