Hi Gerald,

I'm sure you know, but your email made it look like an upgrade to 8.3.3 
would fix it and I was hoping to prevent someone the hassle of upgrading 
to 8.3.3 thinking it would fix it.
I'm a newbie in this world of cobalts and was just hoping to contribute 
in some small way for all the help I've received.

BTW, I'm aware you know more than I ever will and you've probably 
forgotten more than I will ever know in this field. It's not my focus. 
Just want to let you know I really appreciate your helpfulness and 
others like you.
