When Sun EOLs a product, it is supported for 3-5 years (3 years for
the Cobalt stuff, 5 years for SPARC/Solaris stuff) as far as patches,
updates, etc. go... So even though you can't buy a RaQ 4 anymore,
sustaining engineering should still be putting together patches etc
for a couple more years.
I'm pretty sure the EOL _was_ announced, but it would have been a few
months ago (August maybe? Same time CacheRaQ was EOL'd). EOL is
announced 90 days (?) before the product stops becoming orderable.
