Free advice is nice, but I've found that when dealing with issues like this
it's advisable to work with an attorney who specialized in Internet law.
Many attorneys think they understand the Internet, but it's really outside
their area of competence. I'm not saying Jale's attorney is incompetent.
I'm not even saying he's wrong (though he may be). I'm just saying that
it's clear this isn't his area of expertise.
