First you need to log into the machine.
This will normally be using a sshd client such as Putty. If you haven't
denied it you can use telnet.
You will log in as admin, then to do what you need to do type:
"su" followed by enter.
Then type in the "root" users password. (If you haven't changed it, it's the
same as the admin password.)
