Hi,
I always get the data centre to reset the password as you can do this if you in front of the box.

on the disk.
hi all
We have a problem with a box(RaQ3) where the old admin has left the
company and forgotten to tell the rootpassword to us.
We dont want to loose the stuff on the box, so Im looking for a way to
reset the root password without deleting the setup etc.
(PS:One other problem, SSHD is down and a reboot wont start it again)
Any suggestions?
