Of course they are too small, and a lot of the software is
out of date, or broken, or goofy.

But, as long as there are folks who don't know much and eager
to get into the hosting business(as I was/am) they will acccept
the third class support.

Sun can't even make announcements about upgrades they issue...but
then again, only the real pioneers will check the website...and
we can cound on them to tell us exactly how the upgrades don't work.
