If you manually edited the access file did you do:
makemap hash access.db < access
I can't imagine anywhere else that reject message would be coming from.
Somewhere in your access file is a reject for either:
unet4-105.univie.ac.at
univie.ac.at
ac.at
at
or
131.130.233.105
131.130.233
131.130
Followed by the standard Cobalt reject message of "Mail rejected due to
possible SPAM"
(Someday Homel is going to object to Cobalt using their trademark of
SPAM instead of spam)
