SV: [cobalt-users] Mod_ssl and Open_ssl error every 15 minutes!

I don't know whats causing the problem but does lines are an indication of
being attacked by slapper or the likes. What does the lines around the
errorlines say?

  I get this error every fifteen minutes in my log, how do I fix it?
