Gerald,
The boxes are not even in the same country...
The box is rejecting the IP address of the remote server even though in
the bind config on both boxes they are set to "love each other"
It has to be a port bind is attempting to use from the remote box that
pmfirewall doesn't like.

Yes, it can use high ports, but I thought pmfirewall took care of that!
Might be another reason! are the secondary boxes on the same network?
pmfirewall rejects spoofed packets, and if your secondary is on the same
network (shame->) it will reject them.
