Hello,
I asked previously about this problem, but not yet solved, and I lost
thus my customers. My customers can't receive mails from Austria,
because all mails comming from an Austrian domain (.at) and
austria.eu.net are always rejected as example below:
Nov 8 11:04:20 oerlikon sendmail[20838]: gA8A4Fo20838:
ruleset=check_relay, arg1=unet4-105.univie.ac.at, arg2=131.130.233.105,
relay=unet4-105.univie.ac.at [131.130.233.105], reject=550 5.0.0 Mail
rejected due to possible SPAM
Nov 8 10:39:15 oerlikon sendmail[18308]: gA89dAo18308:
ruleset=check_relay, arg1=unet4-114.univie.ac.at, arg2=131.130.233.114,
relay=unet4-114.univie.ac.at [131.130.233.114], reject=550 5.0.0 Mail
rejected due to possible SPAM
Nov 8 10:53:00 oerlikon sendmail[19637]: gA89r0o19637:
ruleset=check_mail, arg1=<einkauf@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>,
relay=[80.120.0.179], reject=550 5.0.0 <einkauf@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>...
Mail rejected due to possible SPAM
I checked by ORDB hosts above, but no one is an Open Relay. I checked my
access file, and neither one domain from Austria is inside nor any IP
Address of this domains. The message "550 5.0.0 Mail rejected due to
possible SPAM" isn't in sendmail.cf by any rules installed. Only in my
access file are Spammer listed with REJECT 550 5.0.0 Mail rejected due
to possible SPAM. I use Bassis's Mailscanner and Spamassassin, but they
only add {SPAM} to messages, not to reject or am I wrong? Any idea how
can I resolve this problem? Which configurations files need I to check,
except sendmail.cf, /etc/mailaccess and Mailscanner/Spamassassin? Thanks
in advance.
Best regards,
Mike
