[cobalt-users] python script / mysql / acting up on raq 550

we have a python script that is pretty mysql intensive.

we are testing this script on a 550 all by itself with no other sites.

 the raq needs to be rebooted sometimes 3 or 4 times a day.

the only thing that seems to be heavily used is the cpu, the memory/hard 
disk usage seems to be fairly light.

 can anyone point us in the right direction to start figuring out what is 
wrong?

 i know its terribly vague but someone else wrote the script so we don't 
have a lot of control over that part, although the developer has been very 
helpful and is working with us.
