yes. well, at least we do not seem to have any crashes, missing or corrupt 
pages .. only faster php pages.

Like it mentioners on the page, you take the version that matches your 
version of PHP ... or as close as you can get ... so in your case you take 
the version for PHP 4.2.1 .. should do the trick.

Normally speaking it should be the Linux (Intel) version.
