You could set up MRTG to monitor the CPU load and log every x mins.

If you don't have the knowledge to install it I know of at least one company
that will set up MRTG for about $75 (I think) and it is a nice interface,
can't find the URL for this company but I am sure others know who I mean,
they offer installation of scripts on RAQ servers.
