Personally as far as usefulness the products are great.. we even had a
couple customers praising the A/V product and thankful it was installed.
Yes it does catch most if not all of the inbound virus infected messages.

The Spam Filter.. well this is really more personal issue as it relates to
everyone's tolerance to SPAM.  From my own experience seeing it in action
vs. not in action it truly does a great job.  Of course.. you'll always have
some users who would rather not have it at all.  All in all it seems to be
90+% accurate in it's detection.

Price/Value - I personally think they are both great products but then again
I haven't tried anything else on Raq.

My only qualm is that they insist on installing the products citing that
they need to be tweaked for each server.  Interesting enough in browsing
through the installation and uninstall folders on a Raq that had them
installed it looks as though they were simply installed them from PKG files.

We are very please with these packages they are from SolarSpped and are
available much cheaper from our "on list" friend, Jeff Lasman.
