Hi all,
One of our IP addresses is not working and we can get no answer from the network
providers.
So, logged into the machine via an SSHd connection and went into httpd.conf and
altered all of the affected sites to a different IP address that we have on the
RaQ4r.
did a /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart and also rebooted via the GUI but the
virtual site list did not change the IP addresses in the GUI.
It would be normal to change the IP addresses within the GUI for each virtual
site, but it references its images (custom GUI we have on the RaQs) from a
domain which is affected by this IP address we are having problems with, so cant
get into each virtual sites settings (yep, something to change once this is
sorted out).
Do we need to change the IP addresses anywhere else for the GUI list of Virtual
Sites to reference them correctly.
Obviously, got to change the DNS to point to the altered IP address which has
been done on one, but it is the IP address from within the GUI that is the
problem.
Any help would be very much appreciated as we are unlikely to get the network
providers to sort this one out quickly and the IP change seems the best option.
Thanks
Ian
