Actually they are "refurbished" raq3 boxes, which would be fine for the intended use, but they are adding in thier software enhancements on the delivered device, but will not supply the enhancements, just an official resotr cdrom.
Refurbished: from ancient Latin, meaning to put a used part in a box after cleaning with Windex.
We bought "refurbished" NEC handheld units, never again. Jale
