Alright,, Thank You All,, ;-))
Here is what it was-
I had backup's going to a remote server- which was on and working
properly! But,, the Cobalt for some strange reason decided that October
28-29th it was going to back it self up to the remote server and every
day before and after that it was going to backup to it self :) Low and
behold /home filled up! This is a big Doh! On my part... Uggghhh,,,,

I would suggest the following:
$ cd /home
$ du -h --max-depth=1
Find out which dir is taking up all the space cd into it and repeat also
use ls -alhr --sort=size in the dir to see what files are the biggest.
