I *think* what you want should be in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf which has the definitions for apache for each virtual site, their IP address and domain-names.
If not, have a look in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts which has a list of files like this:
ifcfg-eth0:0
ifcfg-eth0:1
in each of those files there is the information for that IP address, so by looking in each one you'll at least find the IPs that the RaQ was bound to.
