We have been delegated authority over a /25 and have always set-up DNS
records like so:
For the first site using a specific IP:
1) domain.com -->> ip address
2) www.domain.com --> ip address
3) ip address/25 --> domain.com
3) domain.com -->> high speed mail server www.domain.com
4) www.domain.com -->> high speed mail server www.domain.com
For any other site using the same IP as the record above
1) domain.com -->> ip address
2) www.domain.com --> ip address
3) domain.com -->> high speed mail server www.domain.com
4) www.domain.com -->> high speed mail server www.domain.com
This is what we learned when we first got some RaQ's and it has been
working great....if something is wrong with it, I apologize, but like
I said before, it has always worked 100% for us...
