[cobalt-users] Admin CGI documentation?

Folks;

   Has anyone documented the admin CGIs used on the Cobalts (specifically the
RAQ3, but I'd think there'd be little change in the general flow between
machines)? I have a client I do _not_ want to use the entire admin section,
but _only_ want him to be able to manipulate his existing email accounts (not
add, not delete, just alter, so I'm specifically interested in
siteUserEmail.cgi). I'll cheerfully slog through the CGIs, but if it's
already been done...
