RE: [cobalt-users] Internal Server Error

This is normal. Cobalt GUI depends on Perl so you need to make changes to
configure cobalt GUI. Here is instructions below, I've got from some website
regarding how to fix this issue:

Compiling Perl from source will utterly break the Cobalt web interface, which
is just a whole lot of Perl CGI scripts but using some special Cobalt::
modules.
A standard Perl build will not include these by default, so you need to ensure
the configure scripts used for the build know about them.

The Cobalt specific stuff is in:
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/Cobalt

Alternatively (and more easily) just download this script
(http://www.raqhelp.co.uk/downloads/perl.5.6.config) and store it in the
directory you will be building Perl from, as config.sh
Read the first few lines of the script carefully and follow the instructions,
then when you are ready you can build the rest of the config files like so:

sh Configure -Smake dependmakemake testmake install

The latest sources for Perl can always be found at CPAN and will need
untarring into a suitable directory (as root) before the build begins.
