No - You can't change the DNS Settings

I may be truly dense, but how do I install the webmin software on the server
if the only way I can get into it is through telnet? It shuts all attempts
at FTP'ing down (actually I think they are just timing out).
Is there a list somewhere of which file does what on the RAQ's version of
Li/unix that someone can point me to?
