RE: [cobalt-users] User Unknown - only happens sometimes..

There is a problem with your DNS, your localhost is confused.

You have only one name server (domain.theargoncompany.com) and the other 2
DNS1 and DNS2 are just A records "virtual site/sub.domains" pointing to the
real name server which is domain.theargoncompany.com

Check your domain (theargoncompany.com)at this site:
http://www.foobar.tm/dns/index.cgi

-also-

DNS Report shows this error:

ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the root servers are not
listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are:
DNS1.theargoncompany.com.
DNS2.theargoncompany.com

check it here:
http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=theargoncompany.com

Hi

I have a Cobalt RaQ4 hosting about 15-20 domains...
I get an error message : User Unknown (See below)
However, if I send email to mayank@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx it does not give
an error.

I'm not sure why this happened.
Has anyone had any similar experience?

Do I need to worry?

Regards

Rishi
