	We use MailScanner and it seems to be very effective.  It scans all email
and quarentines the infected, and sends a notices to the sender and
reciever. It also will disinfect the email and still send the text on.  It
is easy to install and is open source, and it auto-updates nightly.  You can
find an rpm package on www.freshmeat.net
