[cobalt-users] Perl XTR Upgrade

OK, I just got a new XTR - seemed like a good idea at the time! Anyway,
needed to upgrade Perl, but without breaking the GUI and I seem to have
failed :( I did what I've done before on a Raq4 which is configure perl with
the other libaries (/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 and
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux), make, make test and then make
install. All seemed fine actually, but then a bit later the GUI broke and
adm_error reports along the lines of that quote below.

Looks like make uninstall isn't an option, thinking about it the only other
thing I did was install some perl modules through CPAN, any suggestion on
where to start fixing the situation?
