We got 2 RAQ550s in a few months back.
One was operating at the range you stated, the other around 41 deg C.
Well, I investigated and the one that was running hot had a piece of paper
between the CPU and the heatsink! The paper must have gotten stuck there
during assembly and it had all sorts of hex codes on it.
Anyway, I removed the paper and now both are running the same temp.
