Hi all,
I have a site that got some MASSIVE hits over a 15-30 minute period a few
days ago.
The server handled it pretty well but since that day they've had no
webalizer stats.
When I look at their logs, I notice that their web.log file is zero
bytes. Their web.log.1.gz file is 453441 and their web.sessionlog is
11155277 bytes. All of these files have an updated timestamp but I don't
think any of their filesizes have changed since they got all that traffic a
few days ago -- I know for a fact that the web.log has stayed at zero bytes
for a few days now.
How do I correct their logs to get stats running again? rm the logs?
I can estimate their traffic for the past few days. Is there an easy way
to "fill in" the stats graphics with my estimates?
Thanks a bunch.
Brian
