Paul,
I had the same issue with my RAQ2's. It's an issue
with chkroot and the RAQ2. I built a RAQ2 from the
ground up with the iso image and all patches without
ever being connected to anything other than the
computer I was using to configure the system, no
Internet or anything else and it still shows the
passwd file as INFECTED. I actually did this twice
(switching to a new ISO CD the second time around just
to make sure).
