You need to install another package Solarspeed.net RaQ34-IMAP-2001a.pkg 
installed.  It has the same rpms as cobalt patch and will fix the problem

Loaded all of the patches from Sun website a couple days ago (including the 
imap patch). Several of our users are reporting that can no longer send mail 
with outlook express.  maillog shows: error: safesasl(/etc/sasldb) failed: 
Group readable file.

I've tried:

o removing the imap patch (no change)
o chmoding sasldb (error goes away but send still fails)
o adding "GroupReadableSASLFile" to the DontBlameSendmail option in 
sendmail.cf  (it appears that the sun compile of sendmail doesn't enable that 
option)

Anybody else see the problem and/or have a fix?
