I don't think you need both lgkarsten.com and mail.lgkarsten.com.
My lookup sees your MX record just find, so anyone should be able to
POP. It's possible their ISP has cached old DNS and they'll have to wait
or make an entry in their Windows hosts file.

lgkarsten.com NS ns0.indytel.com
lgkarsten.com NS ns1.indytel.com
