You can find the RaQ550 shell tools here:
ftp://ftp-eng.cobalt.com/pub/users/jeffb/shell-tools/beta/RaQ550-shell-tools-2.03-0.noarch.rpm
They have lots of new features, including modifing vsites and users which lets
you do things like:
$ clistvsite | cmodvsite --enable-cgi -
Which would enable cgi for all vsites on your RaQ 550.
