Mike,
That command should be a script, may be there are other things missing in
addition to your certs file. Anyway the default location for the certs is:
/home/sites/www.yourdomain.com/certs
Always make a backup of that directory.

I'm getting:
sh: /etc/httpsd/conf/makecsr: No such file or directory
I did a whereis, but is doesn't come up with anything for makecsr or httpsd.
