Yes, it should do that whether you are hosting the domain or not. I'm
not sure 
exactly what the GUI does to the sendmail configuration files, but those
are the 
only files that need to be updated on your RaQ.

There's also the DNS MX records that need to be updated? Are you doing
DNS for this 
domain? Or is that someone else's responsibility? If you are responsible
for DNS in 
that zone, you will need to add the second MX record pointing to your
server. 

BTW, I'm pretty new at this RaQ stuff, so my answers might be a little
off. 
However, I do have some experience with sendmail on other platforms, and
I have 
been experimenting with the settings in the mail section.
