[cobalt-users] Mail Spooling "store-and-forward"

Hello!

Not sure if this is an idiot question or not, but I just received the
directive from my boss to set up "Mail Spooling" (a.k.a.
"Store-and-Forward") on our RAQ4 for some of the domains that we're hosting
should our customer's mail servers go down for a period of time.  I know I
have to put in a secondary MX record point to the RAQ, but then what?  Does
the RAQ4 support this natively?  I get the feeling that there's an easy way
that I'm overlooking.  How do most do it?  Even on the newsgroups there
doesn't seem to be much info.

Ideas?  ANY thoughts on the matter will be GREATLY appreciated.
