document somewhere since the normal compiling includes a new make of apache
and that seems not to be the way apache was installed on cobalt? I need the
apache source, but it´s not around so i´ve downloaded the latest version of
PHP and apache, but there´s an awful lot of stuff needed from the current
httpd.conf.

To upgrade apache on a RAQ3
http://www.camelbackup.com/raq3-apache-1.3.26.html
To upgrade/install php on a RAQ3, this place is as good as any for simple
instructions.
http://www.uk2raq.com/raqfaq/raqfaqshow.php?faq=43
You do not need to upgrade apache to install PHP, however it is worth
upgrading apache to avoid the vulnerabilities of the standard RAQ3 apachae.
