I have Raq3 but I think it's the same in raq4 . when you want to start
admserv you must do /etc/rc.d/init.s/admserv start. and the log is not
the same as httpd.

Did you apply all your modules in the necessary order ?

All Apache's-notSun-Cobalt patches would be uninstalled before. put #
before each line of modules in httpd.conf

ex/ blowchunks.so
