[cobalt-users] Open Webmail Backup and Restoration

While this is not an open webmail list, I believe that this question is
fully appropriate given the wide use of Open Webmail by RaQ users.
I am currently using a RaQ 4r. I need to move a site to another RaQ 4r and
want to restore the open webmail files for a user. I've recreated the
account and user on the new box and used the restore feature to restore the
users files. However, the files are being restored to site14 while the new
site is site1. This is due to the fact that, unfortunately, I had to
recreate that site before others. I used cp -rpf at the command prompt to
move the files to the appropriate folder in site1. When I then try to login
as that user, I receive the following error:
Your request didn't contain the proper session ID cookie -- access denied!
