Odd. We installed all the patches on one of our Raq4's and we too have
Webmin. No problems there. Have you tried without the https and just http?
Could be that the update messed with the OpenSSL modules. Just one idea. Or
Webmin may be broke, which would be odd. You can do the sh unistall.sh I
think and then reinstall for Webmin.
