[cobalt-users] .htaccess error

For some reason, 2 protected directories arn't allowing access. It was
working until recently but not sure when.

I have the .htaccess and .htpasswd in the protected directory. If you browse
to it, the password box comes up, you enter your password and you get:

FORBIDDEN: You do not have permission to access the requested file on this
server.

I removed both .htaccess and .htpasswd and browsed to that URL and got the
same error. I removed the directory and recreated it and got the same. Is it
to do with any of the patches that we have been applying lately?
