Since the lock file is hidden (starts with a period .) -then you can't see the lock file until you use the above command. Then just remove it.
The only error message we get is 10061, connection refused by remoter server. Eudora would tell me the directory name, but this special program does not.
But, there are no lock file - I did look before my first post; when I didn't see them I assumed I was just looking in the wrong place.
I am suspecting the problem could be on the customer side, I'm looking at their system now.
